I need to hire an assistant. The person needs to work full time, and not be an idiot. Solid computer skills are needed, and the ability to follow directions. This is a “do what you are told” kind of job that requires no knowledge of the law and no experience. The person’s ability to do follow instructions is the key. Hourly wages will not start great, but I reward people who prove their worth. Benefits are good (medical, 401(k))
